Business model

Four revenue layers.

All four layers are live. Layer 1 is the recurring base; layers 2–4 are usage-based, scale with platform consumption, and have higher gross margins than the subscription line.

1. Subscription

Monthly tenant plans (Starter / Professional / Agency Pro / Enterprise) gate features + AI usage allowances. Recurring AUD billed via Stripe.

2. AI usage

Metered allocation per plan (interviews, assessments, AI matching, drafts). Overage is invoiced at period close, or topped up via prepaid AI packs.

3. Marketplace credits

Recruiters unlock candidates from the cross-tenant marketplace using credits priced by profile completeness.

4. Verification charges

Pass-through-with-markup billing for police checks, working-with-children, qualifications, etc. Margin sits between provider cost and recruiter charge.
